Don't miss the point
I enjoyed this article because Darren is telling us that we need to run our lives in the order in which we tell people that our lives are important.
With this old man realizing that he put too much time into his work, now is dying and has regrets.
I, also, know of a person that worked so much that he slept at work overnight and on the weekends.
Then his kids went to college and he retired. He had never been there for his kids. His kids called home from college and they didn't want to talk to him. They only wanted to talk to their mom.
I think we as work at home parents, we need to spend time with our God and our family. We should include God and family in our business decisions.

Debbie,
I too believe we need to spend time with God and family.
I have a brother-in-law who is a workaholic and didn't see his family much. It is very sad.
Great blog. God bless you in all you do.
Hi Debbie,
Yes! The relationships, connecting, being in service to one another. All of these things benefit us personally and professionally.
Thank you for the article and the thoughts!
Susan
Amen Debbie! God and family!! What greater blessings can we have? Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33.
