I hope and pray you all had a very Blessed Christmas.
I have been using L'Bri pure and natural products for 5 years. I love the fact that we do not pay for water. Our first ingredient is Aloe Vera, it is very cleaning and safe for the skin. When I started using the aloe products someone asked me if I had a new face. I was amazed that I looked that much better. I now have a L'Bri home business and would like to share our aloe based skincare with everyone.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Before buying skin care products,
read the labels, study ingredients
When it comes to skin care products, consumers should read the label before purchasing, advise Linda and Brian Kaminski, co-founders of L’Bri Pure n’ Natural, a national marketer of aloe-based skin care, nutritional, and beauty products.
“People read the labels of the foods they eat; we want them to read the labels of what they put on their skin,” says Linda Kaminski. “Educating consumers about heavy oils, potentially harmful chemicals, artificial coloring, and manufactured fragrances found in many skin care products is best for everyone in the long-term.”
“We’re very passionate that products perform and do what they promise,” Brian says. “In general, as an industry, skin care and cosmetics sell a lot on fluff and pretty looks, sweet scents, and attractive models. Consumers see the advertising and purchase products without realizing the products may contain pore-clogging waxes, drying alcohols, heavy oils, and potentially harmful preservatives.”
The first item listed on a label is the product’s primary ingredient, he says. For example, many skin care products list water as the primary ingredient. Explains Brian Kaminski, “Water is okay, but aloe vera is better. I think everyone would agree, especially anyone who has tried it, that aloe vera is better for your skin than water. For this reason, we suggest looking for skin care products that list aloe vera rather than water as the basic ingredient.”
According to Brian and his wife, Linda, aloe vera contains 75 nutrients, 200 active compounds, 20 essential minerals, 18 amino acids, and 12 vitamins. Nicknamed the “burn plant,” aloe vera has been the subject of numerous scientific inquiries and has been used as a healing agent for thousands of years.
Customers of L’Bri Pure n’ Natural products tend to be intensely loyal to the L’Bri brand because the company’s skin care products use aloe vera as the basic ingredient rather than water. “At L’Bri, we talk about educating consumers so they can judge for themselves what is better for them,” Linda explains. “Which is better? Aloe or water? Which would you prefer, a water-based product or a skin care product that uses aloe as the primary ingedient?”
Adds Brian, “An educated customer will purchase the best products for themselves and their family. When considering a skin care product, we want people to read the label before admiring the attractive bottle and enjoying the scent. Does the product contain water, mineral oil, artificial coloring, and beeswax, or do the ingredients promote skin health?”
In addition to aloe vera, L’Bri Pure n’ Natural skin care products contain select natural vitamins, herbs, sea plants, and botanicals formulated to heal, nurture, and rejuvenate the skin. The company’s formulations rely on coneflower, Japanese green tea, passion flower, ginseng, and a variety of other botanicals.
“Before investing in a skin care product, study the label and learn about the ingredients,” suggests Linda Kaminski. “Look for ingredients that are safe, effective, and healthy for your skin.”
Founded in 1998, L’Bri Pure n’ Natural markets skin care, nutritional, and beauty products from its offices in Mukwonago , Wisconsin through a national network of several thousand independent sales consultants.
The company offers a selection of free samples of its most popular products, asking the consumer pay $4.50 for shipping and handling. Samples include a cleanser, freshener, and moisturizer packaged as the Customized Skin Care Trio, Smooth n’ Firm Eye Repair Gel, Facial Masque, Rejuvenating Enzyme Facial Peel, and the L’Bri Moisturizing Hand & Body Lotion. Free samples may be requested at the company’s website, www.lbri.net/samples. To learn more about L’Bri Pure n’ Natural, visit their website at Debbie's L'Bri site

New look to a New years resolution..
As the year 2009 comes to a close it is that time again when we begin to plan our Resolutions to the year ahead of us. I found this article -I loved it ( Doug is one of the greats) so I thought I would share - hope it inspires and empowers you while looking ahead into 2010!
“The Real Secret of a Successful New Year’s Resolution lies within the word itself……”
Have you ever made New Year’s resolutions and they did not make it past January? (Don’t Lie!) Ever tell someone that you were going to make this the year that you changed your life, and then come January 20th, you have fallen back into the same life pattern that you have been struggling with and it steal your Success?
Ever made a Success resolution to work out every week? You “decided” that you were going to get up and work out, and finally get that body you have always wanted? You were telling everyone that this was the year, and this was the time that they were going to see a new you and you were going to create Success doing it!
Uh huh. I have been there. And I ended up looking quite foolish, until I decided just to start it, and not worry about talking about it. Then you will start to see some changes in your physique!
How about to lose weight?
Ever talk to folks and tell them that you were going to lose the weight you want this year, and you were going to become a lean, mean, weight losing machine? And then after 30 days, you were back eating twinkies?
Yep. Got that one.
Here’s one — to quit smoking! I know so many folks that have promised themselves that they were going to quit smoking! This is the year! I will be smoke free!
Good idea!
Success Intentions.
Most of the New year’s resolutions are made with the best intentions, but most fail miserably. They really never get out of the starting blocks to obtain Success. All the words were nice, but there was no real sustained effort in the change process for Success.
Why?
Simple.
Lack of proper focus in the word itself.
Actually, the word resolution has a very different meaning if you look at the word itself.
To me, it carries a little different meaning, if you use a little different perspective and view of the word. Many times, changing how you view something is the “shift” that you need to create Success with something.
I like the word “Re-Solution.”
In other words, if you make a resolution to change something, you are actually “re-solutioning” it with a different solution. Most people don’t do that. They are trying to use the same old solution to a problem that did not work before.
“Re” means to repeat. So you are repeating the attempt, to create a new success solution, to solve an old problem .
Simple.
But doesn’t work. If it did, you would not have to be attempting the same new year’s resolution as last year, and the year before.
THE Success Solution.
Here’s an idea:
Don’t make a resolution, but a REAL Solution!
And if you make a REAL Solution, that will cause a DISSOLUTION to your problem.
(Dissolves that challenge!)
Ok. How? Simple.
1) What is it you want to change? Write it down.
2) How bad to you want to change it? (Deciding factor!)
3) How will that improve your life? (List them..)
4) What is the very first thing you need to do to start the change process? Do it.
5) What’s the second? Do it.
6) What’ s the third? Do it.
7) What’s after that? Continue to do it till done..
Now, you are making a REAL solution to your life, not some wimpy, whiny, weak, wasted, willowy, wishy- washy, won’t work, waste of time, woe is me, featherweight promise you know you won’t keep!
If you look at the word “resolution” for what it really is, and change your mindset to a “REAL solution”..
You can change your whole life in a day, as well as the Achievement and Success in your life.

Lazy Saturday
This morning addressed Christmas card envelopes.
This afternoon made 4 batches of candy cane bread and one batch of honey whole wheat bread.
My 15 year old daughter kneaded the bread. She loves to run and it is too cold... so she decided to
exercise her arms today.
The 3 kids picked up the downstairs and now we are off the the library before it closes.

What have I learned in the last few weeks?
I have learned that I will have to work my business differently in the winter as to any other time of the year. I have trouble with night blindness and also, I don't like driving in snow and bad weather. So to over come these obstacles I am looking into marketing my L'Bri business online in the winter and and in person the other times of the year. I have found someone who will help me get my business across the internet and help me with marketing. I need to figure out if I have the time to make it work. They are honest in saying that it will take 3-5 hours a day to get it going. One of the tools is a blog... I need to check into it more. I like working with people one on one, but it not realistic for me to enjoy my business and be out when the weather is bad. I need to pray on this one and talk to my husband on this idea. Can you tell me what you see as a pro and con for working online and in person? Have a L'Bri winter. :)

What do I like about winter?
True be told, I don't really like winter.. It is too cold and I don't like driving in snow...
If I don't have to go anywhere, snow is pretty... If it is 20 degrees or warmer, I am willing to go out side and play with the kids. Yesterday they were playing in the snow. Today it was to cold... 0 degrees. Brr...
I like the trees with the snow sitting on the branches...The snow makes everything look bright and clean.
Winter also, brings tea parties and baking bread. Wheat bread, Candy cane bread, etc...
I like to knit and this is the time of year that I knit... I will be teaching knitting to 4-H kids this year. It will be fun to get back to it. When I was in 4-H, I would knit a lot. I was fairly good and now I have to get back into practice. I made many sweaters through the years. Since I have had kids, I haven't had time to do much knitting. All my kids know how to knit scarves, slippers and wash clothes. I love cotton wash clothes. When you make cotton wash clothes, make sure that you soak them in salt water before using them. This will set the dye so you don't end up with a wash cloth that fades.
So these are a few of my thoughts on winter.

I use to know that ...
If you did everything right, that everything would work out....
Now I know that you can do everything "right", but everyone has free will. So you can only do your best --- than everyone else has to do their part.

Changes that I have come across since the blogging experience
I enjoy learning and sharing with others... I like being able to bring God into my business.
I like doing things for the Glory of God.
I like doing things for the Glory of God.
My routines for the day.
I start the day with the Mass reading for the day (Bible reading)
Then put in a load of laundry ... and do the after supper dishes.
The day then goes on from there.
At night we have family prayer before bed time.

What do I wish?
I wish for my L'Bri business go grow.........As it grows I will reduce my debt and make it go away.
Once free from debt, my L'Bri business will help me help others in need.
We use to adopt a family every Christmas and I want to do that again. Adopting a family makes me happy
to help others have a brighter Christmas.
Memories of my child hood..
Walking down the lane of my childhood memories... I come along the shore line with my Dad. He shows me a shell which I have to this day. My Dad loves the out of doors. He finds a piece of weathered wood.
As a child I would run outside, when my Dad came home from work. He grew up on a farm and the farm has never left him. He would walk around the yard every night and notice how much everything had grown from the day before. He just turned 75 this Dec. 1, 2009 and he still walks his yard. He has, also, ridden over 3,000 miles on his bike this year.
In the winter, I would watch my Dad do woodworking projects and fix it projects around the house. One thing that he did every so often was reupholster our living room couch. When I graduated from high school, my parents got their first new couch and living room furniture.
Then I married and my Dad has made a toy box for the kids, benches for the kitchen table, gun cabinet for one of my sons, a kneeler for one of my daughters.
Dad has believed in me and my endeavors. I will remember these things always.

Going for a walk on a nice cold autumn day.
As I went walking today, I enjoy the snow coming in. The wind blowing in my face is nice to keep you awake. I enjoyed looking at the dusting of snow in the grass and on the roof tops. My L'Bri skincare kept my skin safe from the elements and I still had rosy cheeks. My kids enjoyed trying to catch the snow flakes in the air....
Looks like we will have early snow storms this year. I like snow if I don't have to drive in it.. If you like the out of doors, keep L'Bri on your shelf to keep your skin soft and beautiful.
