We are in the middle of winter. It finally snowed last Thursday and it looks like winter.
The kids are playing in the snow with the Tonka trucks. My older son is snow blowing.
They are playing in the snow with the dog and playing football. Their Dad will not play
because it is to cold. He pulled a muscle the last time he played with them in the cold.
I have decided that it is time to get back to what makes me happy. So we have
started drawing again and I have been knitting. The kids put my picture on the frig
because they think it is good. I have made 8 knitted/ and crocheted wash clothes.
Two more wash clothes and I will send them to my sister in law. Then I will finish
the sweater I started last year. I am reading a book called Knit with Love by
Lisa Bogart. If you like to knit, give it a try.
So what are you doing with your winter to relax and keep your kids happy.
Keep warm.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! Looks like you have some wonderful skincare info here. Im going to investigate!
I've yet to learn how to knit. My grandma used to knit all these really nice stuff for us. I wish I could do the same for the kids. :)
I wish I had the patience to knit! I have literally been working on a scarf for a year! Doing what makes us happy is so important and it sounds like you have found your niche!
Enjoy the snow! I'm happy we don't have any yet but I'm hoping that we get to see some on our trip up north for my daughters sake!
I love that your kids put your drawing on the refrigerator. That's priceless.
No winter here in South Texas. We have had a mild winter. It was a very warm and sunny 85 degrees yesterday.
